Self-Storage Advertising Firm Adverank to Add 37 Employees

Adverank LLC, which provides a digital-ad assistant for self-storage operations, plans to add 37 employees to support its rapid growth. The company currently has four team members, according to the source.
Adverank will receive up to $800,000 in state tax credits from the Indiana Economic Development Corp. to expand its staff. The performance-based incentives will be received after Adverank meets its hiring goals. Business-advisory firm Sikich LLC helped the company form its expansion plans. the source reported.

Zickler has provided leadership for other tech-marketing firms in the Indianapolis area including LiveLink, Mix, Pathway Productions LLC and Versomedia, the source reported.
Earlier this month, Self Storage Manager Inc., a provider of management software for the self-storage industry, announced that it had launched a website-management tool for its cloud users that’s powered by Adverank. The new offering will help users enhance customer engagement and boost their online-marketing capabilities, according to a source.
In January 2023, Adverank released a cloud-based software product designed to help self-storage operators maximize their pay-per-click advertising. The launch was a joint venture with Avad Capital LLC, a commercial real estate investor with roots in the self-storage industry that provided $1 million in seed capital for the product.
Adverank is based in Zionsville, Indiana. Its digital ad assistant is used by more than 350 self-storage facilities to analyze digital-ad campaigns and optimize their marketing. The company also provides social media advertising services.
