Real estate executive and investor Hans Hardisty has launched National Storage Partners (NSP) to provide brokerage and consulting services to the self-storage industry. Nicholas J. Malagisi and Connie Neville have been named to the firm’s executive team as national directors, according to a press release.

Malagisi has more than 30 years of experience in self-storage brokerage. He began his career at Public Storage Inc., a real estate investment trust, where he was responsible for site acquisition and development. During his career, he’s successfully completed numerous transactions, ranging from single assets to large portfolio sales, the release stated.

Neville has more than 20 years of experience in the sale of self-storage facilities across New England. She’s a board member of the Maine Self Storage Association, New Hampshire Self Storage Association and Northeast Self Storage Association.

Hardisty has 13 years of experience in real estate brokerage, development and management, having facilitated more than $1 billion in transactions. He advises private owners and large public companies, including real estate investment trusts, on industry strategies and growth.

Hardisty is also an investor in value-add storage facilities in New York’s Hudson Valley. Before founding NSP, he chaired the Self-Storage Council for commercial real estate firm Sperry Van Ness and worked as a business-development officer for Herb Redl Properties, where he contributed to leasing and managing a 14-property self-storage portfolio.

Hardisty is a member of the national Self Storage Association, New York Self Storage Association and the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors. He holds a master of business administration degree and certified commercial investment member designation.
