Janus International Group, a global manufacturer and supplier of building solutions and access-control technology for the self-storage industry, is adding a new set of roll-up doors to its product line. The NS Series has an enhanced design with anchored floor guides, ensuring stability and durability, according to a press release. It offers two options: the NS+ Door and the NS Retrokit.

The NS+ is ideal for self-storage door replacements and new construction. It includes six 9-gauge security clips that extend fully into the door guide. It also comes with 14-gauge support angles that are screwed into the floor for maximum support. The bottom bar is reinforced and roll-formed, made of clear-acrylic-coated galvanized steel.

The NS Retrokit package can be installed on existing Janus doors. It offers many of the NS+ features but has two 9-gauge clips instead of six.

“Theft is becoming an increasingly important issue within our industry, and the NS+ Door and the NS Retrokit aggressively answer the need for a higher-level security package that combats theft and is intended to keep tenants’ valuable possessions as safe as possible,” said Morgan Hodges, executive vice president.

Headquartered in Temple, Georgia, and founded in 2002, Janus is a global manufacturer and supplier of turnkey commercial, industrial and self-storage building solutions including roll-up and swing doors, hallway systems, relocatable storage units, and facility- and door-automation technologies. The company operates out of several U.S. locations and seven international offices.
