Storabble, a European self-storage inventory aggregator, has integrated with Calcumate, an SaaS (software as a service) self-storage unit-size calculator. The online marketplace will now include the tool on its more than 1,350 location listings, which will allow tenants to estimate which unit size will best fit their needs. Calcumate uses 3D visualizing to show how much space is required for their goods and how to pack the unit efficiently, according to a press release.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Calcumate. Both storabble and Calcumate are technology trailblazers, focused on customer-centric innovation and dedicated to serving the self-storage industry,” said storabble Founder and CEO, Oliver Meyer. “This partnership will generate value for storabble’s visitors and self-storage customers at the same time. For storabble’s visitors, it will improve their self-storage search experience, especially for those who are unsure how much space they require. For [facility operators] who rely on storabble for a steady stream of qualified prospects, it will mean they receive more visits from prospects who have already self-qualified their size requirements, increasing the likelihood that a given referral will convert into a storage booking.”

“It’s a pleasure to be working with the team at storabble. Their rapid growth is strong validation of the value their business model is delivering to European self-storage operators as well as of their rapid execution,” said Calcumate CEO Ross Metherell. “We’re honored that storabble has chosen Calcumate to power the size-guide features of its platform and look forward to holding joint conversations with storabble’s customers across German-speaking Europe and beyond.”

Founded by students from the University of St. Gallen in St. Gallen, Switzerland, storabble helps consumers find and book self-storage online from its aggregated inventory of more than 1,350 locations across Switzerland and Germany.
