Self-storage operator PhilMor Real Estate Investments LLC has opened a new Casey Storage Solutions at 757 Boston Turnpike in Shrewsbury, Mass. Construction on the 63,000-square-foot facility was completed this month, according to a press release. The asset is the company’s 12th location.

“We are very proud to be a new member of the Shrewsbury community,” said Morgan Hanlon, co-founder and co-managing member of PhilMor. “Shrewsbury is a very vibrant place to live and work. We are very excited to be a part of Shrewsbury’s growth story.”

The facility features exterior and interior units, climate control, coded gate access, and video cameras, according to Philip Bakalchuk, co-founder and co-managing member. It also offers the use of moving trucks and has boxes for sale.

Enterprise Bank of Lowell, Mass., provided financing for the project, according to the release.

Casey Storage Solutions operates 12 self-storage facilities comprising more than 670,000 square feet in more than 5,300 units. The properties are in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont.
