Australia Marketing Firm R6 Digital Launches Remote-Management Platform for the Self-Storage Industry

R6 Digital, a Brisbane, Australia-based marketing and creative agency that serves the self-storage industry, has launched R6 Automate, a technology platform that helps operators manage their facilities remotely. Organized into four categories—the tenant journey, operations, reporting and finance—it allows the user to do everything from onboarding a new customer to moving them out of the unit, according to a press release.

R6 Automate integrates with RapidStor, the company’s online-rental system, and StorApp, a mobile app that facilitates gate and unit access as well as account management. It also works with Sitelink Web Edition self-storage management software.

The new platform provides investment-performance tracking, marketing tools to measure and drive return on investment, and operational dashboards. It also supports automated reporting and bank reconciliation, and direct-debit processing and integration with financial platforms.
