Back in April, we regaled you with part 1 of “strange but true” self-storage tales shared between industry management experts Carol Mixon-Krendl and Sue Haviland. Now dig in for part deux! In their many years of facility operation and consulting with other owners, these ladies have seen and heard all kinds of bizarre situations. In this video, the second of a three-part series, they share real-life stories from their careers.
