In this interview recorded at the 2023 Inside Self-Storage World Expo, Melissa Cronin of San Diego Self Storage (SDSS) shares the key consumer segments that ultimately determine facility success, including how to influence their opinions. She also explains how to measure your company’s civic impact and why focusing on this area can positively impact revenue.
Cronin is a senior area manager for SDSS, which operates 20 locations in San Diego. Prior to joining the industry, she worked in retail, where she held various management positions in human resources, merchandise and departments.
