The Storage Group (TSG), an Internet-marketing company that serves the self-storage industry, has added eSign lease customization to its ClickandStor online-rental tool. The new feature allows facility operators to tailor their rental agreements to individual tenant needs. In addition, users can now create and offer a digital lease without having to access their facility-management software, according to a press release.

The new offering is based on feedback and requests from clients. “We are excited to give facilities a new way to customize their tenant leases. Not only does it streamline the lease rental options they come across, but it provides a more beneficial, easier way to organize them as well,” said CEO Steve Lucas. “Typically, there is only one lease available, but this allows facilities to have one for self-storage, one lease for an RV or a boat, etc.”

Based in Altamonte Springs, Fla., TSG provides online tools and marketing solutions including local-listing management, mobile websites, online rentals, pay-per-click advertising, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and software and website development.
