SafeLease Launches New Self-Storage Tenant-Protection Dashboard

SafeLease, which provides a tenant-protection plan for self-storage operations, has launched a new client dashboard. It’s the first in a series of technological advancements the company is launching to empower small- and mid-sized self-storage businesses to reach their full revenue potential, according to a press release.

The dashboard’s user interface displays product-performance metrics and claims information. It enables operators to accurately forecast protection-plan revenue and make data-driven decisions around facility repair and maintenance needs, risk-management requirements, and plan pricing. Operators can use it to estimate potential earnings through SafeLease products, the release stated.

“The product team conducted extensive customer research to create a dashboard of useful information that helps store owners reach—and exceed—their annual revenue goals,” said Deepak Surana, chief product officer. “The user interface is easy to understand, and provides a comprehensive view of which tenants are protected and any claims they filed.”

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, SafeLease works with commercial real estate owners in the United States. It leverages technology and a partner-centric business model to create new revenue channels that maximize the value of commercial property assets.
