Copper Storage Management (CSM), a third-party management company that specializes in automated self-storage operation, has launched C3, a nationwide call-center solution for the self-storage industry. The service will oversee unit reservations and rentals, payments, leads, and more for clients, according to a press release.
C3 integrates with various self-storage management software programs and is open 12 hours per day in all U.S. time zones. Facility operators will enjoy unlimited calls and rentals as part of the price as well as access to recorded conversations and automated collections via calls, texts and emails.
Together, the CSM team has about 100 years of self-storage experience and remotely manages more than 100 facilities nationwide. Additional services include collections, customer care, day-to-day bookkeeping, lien sales, marketing and more.
