CallPotential, a provider of lead-management and communications software for the self-storage industry, has launched a new software product that allows industry owners and managers to operate their facilities remotely. “Unattended Operations Suite” will be unveiled at the Inside Self-Storage World Expo in Las Vegas this week, according to a press release.
The suite allows self-storage operators to provide fully remote lead-to-rental service, streamlining the rental process and automating functions like communication and rent collection. The cloud-based tools facilitate a contactless experience while giving operators a 360-view of their customers, the release stated.

CallPotential’s CRM (customer-relationship management) platform integrates with self-storage facility-management software. It organizes and automates the lead- and collection-management processes using omnichannel communication tools such as text messaging, email, live and recorded calls, and live chat.
