A man’s body was discovered early Tuesday morning at Kennard’s Self Storage on Olympic Circuit in Southport, a coastal town and suburb in the city of Gold Coast, in Queensland, Australia.  A local police spokesperson said the 37-year-old’s death was not being treated as suspicious and that a report would be prepared for the coroner. An examination will be conducted to determine the man’s exact cause of death.

“A crime scene had been established while inquiries were launched into the circumstances surrounding the man’s death,” the spokesperson said.

Officers were seen taking photos of the facility and reviewing onsite video surveillance.
