On Feb. 7, the Florida Self Storage Association (FSSA) will present a webinar on self-storage lien sales, "Protect Your Interest, Perfect Your Lien." Free to all FSSA members, the live online event will address important topics including the lien letter, the timeline for foreclosure, newspaper advertisements, items that can be sold at lien sale and more.

The webinar will be presented by Col. Nyle Wells, vice president of business development for Storage Protection Auction Service. Based in St. Petersburg, Fla., and established in 1990, the company provides auction and lien-sale services to the self-storage industry. FSSA Executive Director Robert Bret will serve as the event  moderator.
