Terry Bagley, president of industry and partner relationships for Janus International Group, manages the company’s technology affiliations, mergers and global business development. With more than 20 years in the self-storage industry, he was previously CEO of Centershift Inc., which is now part of Yardi Systems. Since joining Janus in 2015, he's expanded the company’s institutional customer relationships. He’s also served on the board for the national Self Storage Association.
John La Raia, President, Caster Properties Inc.
John La Raia, president of Caster Properties Inc., has 20-plus years in real estate, specializing in acquisitions, financial underwriting, property management and more. His experience spans home-building, mixed-use projects and self-storage. He’s active in several associations and holds degrees from Denison University and the University of San Diego.
Maureen Lee, President and Chief Operating Officer, Xercor Insurance Services
Maureen is president and chief operating officer of Xercor Insurance Services in Indianapolis. She previously led M.A. Lee Consulting and worked at Bader Co., which is now part of Storable. Maureen has served on the Self-Storage Association's national and foundation boards, contributing to legislative efforts and scholarship fundraising. She holds a history degree from Butler University.
