SecurCare Self Storage recently acquired two facilities in Longview, Texas. The properties are Just Store It, 1909 W. Loop 281, and My Space, 3400 E. Marshall Ave. They will be rebranded as SecurCare Self Storage.

SecurCare now owns five properties in the city, offering about 1,700 storage units, according to Irene Picket, the company’s city manager for the Dallas-Fort Worth and Longview, Texas, areas. “We thought it was a good opportunity to grow,” she said.

SecurCare Self Storage is a part of National Storage Affiliates (NSA), a Maryland-based real estate investment trust. The company is owned and operated by its affiliated operators, who manage and self-brand their contributed portfolios under the NSA umbrella. Lone Tree, Colo.-based SecurCare operates 131 facilities in nine states.
