Extra Space Storage Inc. opened its newest property in Baltimore. Extra Space Storage of Baltimore offers commercial and residential self-storage, ample off-street parking and 24-hour video surveillance.

"We are proud to be part of this lively, diverse community and can't wait to meet all of our new neighbors," said Richard Miller, district manager for Extra Space Storage.

The building's units, which range in size from 25 to 300 square feet, are open every day of the year. The facility is offering a move-in special: two months of free storage. Some restrictions apply.

Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Extra Space owns or operates 786 self-storage properties in 33 states and Washington, D.C. The company’s properties comprise approximately 510,000 units and more than 55 million square feet of rentable space.
