Kelly Perdew to Speak at Inside Self-Storage Las Vegas Expo

Kelly Perdew, winner of season two of the TV show The Apprentice, will present the keynote presentation at the Inside Self-Storage Las Vegas Expo, where he will share business insights and anecdotes from his tenure with Donald Trump and discuss his new business venture, Patriot Self-Storage Management LLC. The appearance will take place on Feb. 6, 2008, 9 a.m., at the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas.

The ISS Vegas Expo, Feb. 5-8, is the self-storage industrys largest conference and tradeshow, featuring four days of educational seminars, vendor exhibits and networking opportunities. The host hotel is The Venetian Hotel Resort Casino. The Expo is sponsored by Inside Self-Storage magazine, a monthly trade publication for owners, operators, managers, investors and suppliers of the storage industry. About Perdew

Perdew attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point as well as Ranger School. He also completed Airborne training. Afterward, he interned with the House Armed Services Committee, spent a semester on "exchange" at the Naval Academy, and was a finalist in the Rhodes Scholar competition. He served in the U.S. Army as a military intelligence officer for three years. After an honorable discharge as a First Lieutenant, he attended University of California at Los Angeles, where he earned a masters degree in business administration as well as a Juris Doctor degree.

Before winning The Apprentice, Perdew was president of CoreObjects, a software development outsourcing company based in Los Angeles. He is currently the president of ProElite.com, a networking website for mixed martial arts, as well as a managing director for Angel Venture Partners, a $50 million venture capital fund. He also helped develop eTeamz with founder Brian Johnson and is a member on Zaadz.com, a website on social change.

Perdew is the host of the TV show G.I. Factory on the Military Channel and the author of Take Command: 10 Leadership Principles Learned in the Military and Put to Work for Donald Trump. He also founded American Family Protection Inc. to provide American families with government-approved training modules on how to respond to terrorist attack.
