Self-Storage Technology Supplier XPS Announces Retirement of Executive VP and Transition of Allied-Partner Program

XPS Solutions, a provider of outsourced technology solutions for the self-storage industry, announced changes in its leadership. Michael Roberts, executive vice president, retired on May 31. Andrew Stavros, vice president of business development, will now oversee the company’s allied-partner program, which Roberts has led for the past year, according to a press release.

Roberts joined XPS in 2007 in a sales-leadership role, then took on additional responsibilities on the operational side of the business. He served as executive vice president of business development and operations for more than eight years. Most recently, Roberts focused on business development via strategic industry partners.

“Any time an organization gets to celebrate seeing someone retire with the company after 16 years of service, you certainly are thankful to be able to remember the memories,” said CEO John Traver. “Mike has helped our team at XPS enjoy many milestones over the years. We are grateful to Mike for his service both to the industry and to our staff here at XPS.”

Andy Stavros was promoted last year from director of business development to vice president of business development. He joined the company in 2021 and has 20 years of industry experience.

Based in Richardson, Texas, XPS provides call-center services and sales support for the self-storage industry. The company offers digital call recording, lead tracking, Web-chat support, search engine optimization services, Web hosting, data analysis and other services.
