Self-Storage Security Provider PTI Announces New Director of Sales

PTI Security Systems, a provider of access-control and security solutions for the self-storage industry, has promoted Ryan Stewart to director of sales. He’ll be responsible for the training, direction and management of the company’s sales team, according to a press release.

Stewart joined PTI in April 2018 as strategic accounts manager. In this role, he worked with self-storage operators to help them achieve their strategic business objectives.

Stewart formerly worked with medical-specialty groups in the healthcare-technology industry. He has years of enterprise-level consulting and technology expertise, the release stated.

“Ryan has the leadership and business expertise I believe to be critical to creating a best-in-class customer experience here at PTI,” said Thomas Brooks, managing director. “With his ability to forge major client relationships, focus on leading with innovation, and his commitment to our people and core values, I am confident that PTI will continue to thrive as the industry’s most trusted security solutions provider under Ryan’s guidance.”

PTI manufactures technology-enabled security solutions. Its product line includes access-control hardware and software, wired and wireless door alarms, and mobile-access solutions. The company has installed more than 40,000 systems in 30-plus countries. It operates through two U.S. locations as well as distributors in Asia, Australia and Europe.
