Four self-storage industry professionals participated in the KeyBanc Capital Markets Self Storage Investor Forum today. The virtual event was hosted by KeyBanc Capital Markets, which offers corporate and investment-banking products and services.

“Private Operators: What's in Store for 2022; Assessing the Current Landscape” was webcast at 11 a.m. ET to registered conference attendees. The panel included Devin Huber and Shawn Hill, founding principals for self-storage finance brokerage firm The BSC Group; a senior executive from Janus International, a provider of self-storage building components and technology; and H. Michael Schwartz, CEO and chairman of SmartStop Self Storage REIT Inc., a self-storage owner and management company.

KeyBanc hosts a series of invite-only conferences annually for investors and corporate management teams from specific industry verticals. Panelists also participate in meetings during the conference with registered investors, the sources reported.
