Self-Storage Management Company Copper Storage Solutions Hires New CEO

Copper Storage Solutions (CSS), a provider of third-party management services for automated self-storage facilities, hired Terry Campbell as chief executive officer. He’ll provide leadership as well as strategic planning and direction to the company’s owners, according to a press release.

Campbell has more than 25 years of self-storage industry experience. For the last seven, he was executive vice president of the self-storage lending division for Live Oak Bank, a Small Business Administration lender. Campbell has also held other positions within the industry, having served as executive vice president of operation and vice president of sales and marketing for building manufacturer BETCO Inc.

“Terry brings over 27 years of experience in many areas of the self-storage industry. The knowledge and connections he has built over these nearly three decades will bring tremendous value to Copper Storage Solutions as he helps the company move through this next phase of development,” said CSS Founder Bob Copper.

“I have known Bob Copper for quite a few years, and he and his family have been very successful in building a system and a structure for managing storage facilities. I’m looking forward to being a part of this great team as we grow and continue their success,” Campbell said.

CSS provides call center set-up and management, revenue management, lien-auction processing, marketing, bookkeeping, and maintenance services.
