Self-Storage Firm Investment Real Estate Hires Director of Digital Marketing

The Investment Real Estate Group (IRE) of Companies, which specializes in self-storage brokerage, construction and management, hired Kate Scheib as director of digital marketing. She’ll oversee all marketing efforts and strategic planning for the company and its divisions, according to a press release.

Scheib has more than 10 years of digital-marketing experience in a range of verticals, including business-to-business, business-to-consumer, e-commerce and multi-location businesses. She’s served in various roles such as analyst, manager and strategist. With a background in agency work, she specializes in search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, email marketing, social media, conversion-rate optimization, web design and more.

“We are all so excited to have Kate join the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies. Her experience and command in the digital-marketing arena will lead to successful brand-equity growth and keep us on the cutting edge of next-level digital strategies,” said Chris Riley, chief operating officer. “Additionally, Kate’s extensive background in customer care, building relationships and genuine content creation will only inspire all of our current and future customers to continually seek our services.”

A native of Pennsylvania, Scheib earned a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University. She lives in Lancaster County with her boyfriend and their rescue pets.

Founded in 1998, the IRE Group also includes IRE LLC, the company’s brokerage division; IRE Construction LLC, which handles self-storage facility design, permitting and construction; and Moove In Self Storage, with facilities in Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
