Update 5/22/23 – M&M has promoted Meir Perlmuter from vice president of investments to first vice president of investments in its Columbus office. He primarily works with self-storage buyers and sellers in Florida and the Northeast, according to a press release.

Perlmuter joined the firm’s Hatcher Coe Group in 2019. He’s closed more than $637 million in commercial real estate transactions, ranging from portfolios to individual property sales. He ranked in the top 10 among M&M self-storage brokers last year, the release stated.

5/12/23 – Marcus & Millichap (M&M), a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in self-storage, has promoted Lukas Dawley from investment associate to senior associate in its Columbus, Ohio, office. Dawley primarily works with buyers and sellers in the Northeast, according to a press release.

Dawley joined the firm’s Hatcher Coe Group in 2019, where he worked as a financial analyst prior to becoming an agent. He has closed more than $104 million in commercial real estate transactions, ranging from self-storage portfolios to individual property sales, the release stated.

M&M specializes in advisory services, financing, investment sales and research, with 81 offices in Canada and the United States. The company closed 12,272 transactions in 2022, with a sales volume of approximately $86.3 billion.
