NAI Horizon, a commercial real estate firm that specializes in self-storage and other asset types, has promoted three of its self-storage brokerage professionals.

Denise Nunez was promoted from senior vice president to executive managing director. She’s been with the company for seven years and leads the Nunez Self Storage Group. With more than 28 years of industry expertise, she closed more than $140 million in deals in 2021. She was also the company’s “2021 Top Producer,” and finished No. 77 in the list of top 125 agents last year for NAI Global, of which NAI Horizon is a member.

Russ Warner was promoted from managing director to executive managing director. He’s been with the company for nine years. He focuses on asset disposition and land purchases for self-storage as well as RV and mobile-home parks.

Victoria Filice advanced from associate to first vice president. She focuses on lead generation and market analysis, and is a certified commercial investment member.
