StoneRidge Capital Proposes 3-Story Self-Storage Facility for Vancouver, WA

StoneRidge Capital LLC is looking to build a three-story self-storage facility in Vancouver, Wash. The developer is scheduled to meet with city planners to discuss the project on March 30, according to the source.

The 1.13-acre site is close to the North Image neighborhood near the intersection of northeast 157th Avenue and northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard. The facility would be 36 to 40 feet tall and comprise about 65,000 square feet of space, the source reported. Customers would have 24-hour access to the facility, which would be staffed between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

A zoning change is needed for the development to move forward, the source reported.

StoneRidge Capital LLC is based in Vancouver.
