Self-Storage Operator StorageBlue Sponsors New York Yankees Radio Network for MLB Season

StorageBlue LLC, which operates eight self-storage facilities in New Jersey, is an official sponsor of the New York Yankees Radio Network for the second consecutive Major League Baseball (MLB) season. As a New York native and lifelong Yankees fan, StorageBlue Founder Alan Mruvka views the ongoing collaboration as part of his company’s “growth strategy of merging lifestyle and pop culture in increasingly innovative ways,” according to a press release.

“StorageBlue is honored to partner with the New York Yankees, the premier franchise in professional sports,” Mruvka said. “I’ve grown up with the team, and I'm looking forward to an exciting season with our two winning brands.”

The Yankees radio network comprises 14 stations across five states, according to the MLB website.

StorageBlue operates facilities in Clifton, Garfield, Hoboken, Jersey City, Newark, Paterson, Teaneck and Union City. It has 20 self-storage projects in various stages of development, the release stated. In addition to self-storage, it offers U-Haul truck rentals, moving supplies and a valet-style storage service called StorageBlue Now, which it launched in 2016.
