Inside Self-Storage (ISS) has published a new online slideshow for self-storage operators titled, "Stand Up! 10 Things You Need to Do When a Customer Walks Through Your Door." The free presentation, authored by industry consultant Bob Copper, outlines essential action items to make self-storage customers feel welcome at the facility and provide them with the assistance they need to make their rental decision.

The slideshow can be viewed by visiting insideselfstorage.com and choosing "Slideshows" from the "Resource Center" drop-down menu on the top navigation bar.

Bob Copper is the partner in charge of industry consulting firm Self Storage 101 a well as a self-storage owner. He is a well-known industry author, speaker and trainer, with books, webinars and videos available through the Inside Self-Storage Store.
