Registration is now open for the 2025 Inside Self-Storage World Expo, the industry’s largest, most complete annual conference and tradeshow. The event will take place April 22-25 at the Caesars Forum Conference Center in Las Vegas. Created for industry owners, managers, investors, developers and suppliers, it offers a robust, interactive education program, several networking events, and two days of product and service exhibits.
This year’s seminar program includes 42 sessions organized into six comprehensive tracks: Building, Investing, Marketing, Operations, Risk Management and Technology. They cover a wide range of topics and are designed to provide something for everyone, from those new to the industry to well-seasoned professionals.
The event also offers eight immersive, half-day workshops:
Advanced Operations and Revenue Workshop
Development Workshop: Planning Phase
Development Workshop: Building Phase
Digital Marketing Workshop
Investing Workshop: Acquisitions
Intensive Legal Workshop
Management Mastery Workshop
Remote Management Workshop
Other offerings include the keynote address, Overtime With the Experts (for seminar participants only), a robust set of Table Talks, three themed Self-Storage Q&A Sessions, the Legal Chat With Jeffrey Greenberger, the International Program and vendor presentations. Attendees can also enjoy the Party on the Plaza cocktail reception and the annual Buyers & Sellers Meeting.
Three events returning this year are:
Women in Storage Education: A three-hour session for women only that includes learning, discussion and a cocktail hour.
Speed Networking for Facility Operators: An interactive event allowing owners and managers to talk one-on-one with colleagues in a fun, interactive environment.
Boat/RV-Storage Workshop: Presented by Toy Storage Nation, a full-day event offering a complete experience for those interested in this high-demand business segment
The two-day exhibit hall will feature more than 250 vendors and suppliers from all aspects of the industry. It’ll be open April 23, 3-7 p.m., and April 24, 1-5 p.m.
For 34 years, ISS has provided informational resources for the self-storage industry. Its educational offerings include ISS magazine, the annual ISS World Expo, an extensive website, the ISS Store, and Self-Storage Talk, the industry’s largest online community.
