Inside Self-Storage (ISS) has released a new episode in its “Sounds of Storage” podcast series that delves into what self-storage investors and owners might expect next year from the new presidential administration. In this 11-minute interview, Frank DeSalvo, senior director for commercial real estate brokerage at Franklin Street, discusses whether tax cuts could be on the horizon and how lower interest rates and other factors might impact investor confidence. He also offers guidance to those looking to buy, sell or otherwise put money into the storage business.
