Inside Self-Storage (ISS) has published a new online gallery, “It Takes More Than Money! Creating a Competitive Compensation Package for Your Self-Storage Operation.” The free presentation offers guidance on how to create a fair and attractive compensation program that’ll help operators entice and retain top talent. It also includes insight on the ancillary amenities and wellness perks storage companies should be offering their employees.

The content was provided by Christina Rita, chief operating officer for California-based StoragePro Management Inc., a third-party management company specializing in self-storage. As an accomplished operations executive, she drives revenue growth, establishes leading teams, and develops business plans while building and managing operational strategies. She's a frequent speaker at industry conferences and tradeshows, including the annual ISS World Expo.
