ISS, Janus International to Present Free Webinar on Self-Storage Site Security and Risk Management

Inside Self-Storage (ISS) and Janus International Group are collaborating to present a free webinar to the self-storage community on Sept. 26. Titled “A Fortified Self-Storage Facility: Enhancing Security, Preventing Theft and Protecting Your Business Reputation,” the one-hour live event at 2 p.m. ET will offer guidance on bolstering site security to help mitigate risk. Insights will be provided by a panel of industry experts in building, insurance and security.

Terry Bagley, president of industry and partner relationships for Janus, will lead the informative discussion. He’ll be joined by John La Raia, president of Caster Properties Inc., and Maureen Lee, president and chief operating officer of Xercor Insurance Services. The group will discuss the most prevalent vulnerabilities self-storage operators face today and what actionable strategies they can take to enhance their facility's security. They’ll also talk about products that can protect units and why the right security system can reinforce customer confidence.
