Titled “Adapting to New Complexities in Self-Storage Construction: An Expert Panel Explores Changes in Timeline, Cost and Materials,” the one-hour live event at 2 p.m. ET will offer guidance on navigating the building side of the business, particularly modern-day challenges being faced by owners and developers. Insights will be provided by a panel of industry experts including an architect, contractor and subcontractor.

Nigel Kreft, director of continuous improvement at Elevate, will lead the informative discussion. He’ll be joined by Robin Murphy, owner and senior principal of architectural firm Jackson | Main Architecture; Rusty Stewart, who leads the self-storage division for JMW Contractors; and Pete Williams, founder and president of Premier Storage Investors.

Kreft and his panelists will share strategies for optimizing construction spending, proven methods for streamlining the construction process, tips for complying with building codes and other regulations, emerging trends in facility design, and critical financial aspects of self-storage projects. To participate in the session, interested parties must complete a simple registration process.
