Inside Self-Storage (ISS) and MakoRabco will present a free, live webinar on June 22 titled “Rise Above the Rest! How to Build an Efficient, Multi-Story Self-Storage Facility.” The one-hour live event at 2 p.m. EDT will explore all the nuances of this building type and walk viewers through the development process.

The online session will be presented by Angie Guerin and Jeremy Maynard, executive vice presidents of MakoRabco; and Ryan Lorenzini, director of The Claremont Cos. LLC. They’ll explain when to consider multi-story for a project, the various building options, budget and design considerations, and innovation and trends shaping this product type. They’ll also offer guidance on assembling a development team.
