In ancient times, the Forum Romanum (Roman Forum) was a marketplace and spot to gather for various activities. It drew people from all segments of society for discussion and debate, entertainment, and social interaction. There they could find resources, goods and services. It was the hub of the city, and everyone was invited.

Across the globe from this historically grand venue turned modern tourist attraction stands Caesars Forum Conference Center in Las Vegas. Inspired by the predecessor on which it is based, this is a new-world meeting destination; and it’s a more than fitting location for the 2023 Inside Self-Storage World Expo, April 11-14.

Just as the Roman Forum was once the center of daily life for its citizens, the industry’s largest conference and tradeshow will assemble thousands of professionals looking to gain knowledge, make connections, and learn about products and services. Let’s explore this new venue and how it’ll enrich your show experience—onsite and off.

Comfort and Class

Caesars Forum and the eight Caesars Entertainment hotels that surround it consume 28 acres along the Vegas Strip, giving visitors convenient access to everything the city has to offer. Opened just over two years ago, the conference center spans an amazing 550,000 square feet, making it one of the largest venues in North America for large-scale events. Its more than 300,000 square feet of conference space is the equivalent to five football fields! Even better, they’re all on one level, so maneuvering around the center is effortless.

The Forum features an ultra-modern design with neutral palettes peppered with blasts of color. The décor completes the sleek look with intricate carpet, contemporary furniture, and elaborate wall and ceiling ornaments. This conference destination places great emphasis on natural light to create a relaxing atmosphere.

The venue boasts the two largest pillarless ballrooms in the world and contains more than 100 conference rooms. It can host up to 10,000 attendees at once. The 100,000-square-foot outdoor plaza is ideal for a stroll between education sessions or meetups with fellow self-storage attendees. Or stay indoors and relax in the 50-foot-wide foyer complete with luxurious furniture. Framed by expansive windows, this area is also perfect for a bit of “me time” before the day begins or to unwind in the evening.

Beyond offering a pleasant environment, the building is Silver-certified in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program. It also offers the best in technology, allowing attendees to stay connected, conduct business or plan their itinerary.

Being centrally located, Caesars Forum is within walking distance to the expo’s host hotel, Harrah’s Las Vegas, as well as Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino and The Linq Hotel. Combined, the three resorts offer 8,500 rooms. A sky bridge provides a quick connection from the Forum to Harrah’s and Linq, plus the monorail that races up and down the Strip.

Endless Entertainment

This is Las Vegas, after all, so there’s plenty to do and see when you aren’t soaking up ISS World Expo education and exhibits. The city offers endless attractions including shops, casinos, theaters, music, renowned restaurants, specialty museums, aquariums and thrilling rides.

Just steps from Caesars Forum, you’ll find the High Roller Observation Wheel, the world’s tallest of its kind. Spinning riders 550 feet in the air, the attraction offers stunning views of the Strip, especially after dark.

You might also take a stroll through the Linq Promenade, an outdoor shopping and dining corridor where you’ll find a host of signature stores. Stop in for sweet treats at I Love Sugar, trendy clothes at Pier 30, or genuine Harley Davidson apparel. Pick up bakery-inspired, handmade soaps at Nectar Bath Treats. The world-famous Club Tattoo studio provides a huge selection of jewelry, plus an interactive touchscreen tattoo experience.

The Promenade offers good eats from celebrity chefs: Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen + Bar, Buddy’s Jersey East, and Gordon Ramsey Fish & Chips, and a slew of casual and sit-down restaurants. At Harrah’s, you’ll find the popular Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay, and a selection of delicious cuisine at the Fulton Street Food Hall. Or hop on the nearby monorail to explore the Strip and all its many offerings.
