Singapore Self-Storage Operator Lock+Store Partners With Malaysia Moving Company Packers Xpress

Singapore-based self-storage operator Lock+Store is partnering with Malaysia moving company Packers Xpress to streamline the moving and storage process for its customers, according to a press release. Customers can now access both services through each company’s website. They can also take advantage of exclusive discounts and bundled service packages.

The two companies will cooperate on marketing initiatives and knowledge sharing, with a focus on continuous improvement in customer service, the release stated.

This collaboration creates a seamless solution for customers seeking moving and storage solutions,” said Helen Ng, CEO of Lock+Store. “By combining our expertise, we can simplify the relocation process and offer exceptional value to our customers in Malaysia.”

Lock+Store operates 17 self-storage facilities in Malaysia and Singapore. It’s a subsidiary of General Storage Co., which offers self-storage and warehouse solutions in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.

Packers Xpress was founded more than four years ago. It provides moving services throughout Malaysia.
