Andover Properties LLC, which operates the Storage King USA self-storage brand, has appointed Carly Causey as its director and head of investor relations. She’ll lead the firm’s investor-engagement strategy, overseeing relationships with key stakeholders and leading initiatives to enhance communication and collaboration, according to a press release.

Causey previously held the same position with Cresset Partners, where she was also credited with driving growth by expanding the firm’s base of financial backers, the release stated. She joined the firm in March 2021 as associate director of investor strategy and communications and was promoted to director of that division later in the year.

Prior to that, Causey was vice president of business development and investor relations at Kennedy Lewis Investment Management LLC for three years. She also served as an investor-relations and marketing analyst for more than two years with The Carlyle Group.

“We’re excited to have Carly join our team and elevate our investor-relations initiatives,” said Brian Cohen, CEO of Andover. “Her proven track record in managing investor relationships and driving engagement makes her a valuable addition to Andover Properties.”

Established in 2003, New-York based Andover focuses on alternative real estate asset classes such as car washes, manufactured housing, RV parks, self-storage facilities and small-bay industrial. It owns and manages 168 Storage King USA properties in 19 states.
