Highline Storage Partners, which operates the USA Storage Centers self-storage brand, has announced that Scott Levy will now serve as president as well as chief investment officer, a role he’s held since joining the company a year ago. He’s been a key member of the executive team as Highline has enhanced its operational efficiencies, strengthened its infrastructure and added new capital partners to fuel future growth, according to a press release.
“I am pleased that Scott has earned the opportunity to lead Highline Storage Partners' day-to-day operations as president in addition to his continuing oversight of our investment activities as chief investment officer,” said CEO Key Foster. “This promotion recognizes Scott's outstanding contributions since joining Highline and further sets the stage for Highline's continued growth and operational performance in the future.”

Highline recently announced its joint venture with Heitman LLC to invest in self-storage acquisitions and development. The new venture aims to accelerate the company’s growth through investments in existing markets and expand to new ones.
Highland acquires, repositions and develops self-storage properties in secondary and tertiary markets. It operates more than 50 USA Storage Centers in the Southeast. It’s an affiliate of investment firm Highline Real Estate Partners.
