Go Store It Self Storage Names New Director of Operations

Go Store It Self Storage, an affiliate of Madison Capital Group, has hired Adam Willey as its new director of operations. He’ll oversee the company’s portfolio and manage field operations.

Most recently, Willey was a district manager for self-storage real estate investment trust Extra Space Storage Inc. While there, he developed net-operating-income strategies, achieved top growth year over year, and drove financial, operational and customer-experience tactics. He previously served as a client-development specialist for social-enterprise platform Tracx and an account executive for Yelp, an online-review website.

Willey earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University. He currently lives in Kansas City.

“I am excited to add a dynamic and innovative thinker like Adam to our team because he looks at things differently,” said Beau Agnello, chief operating officer for Go Store It. “Conventional approaches lead to conventional results. His focus on bold enhancements to the customer and employee experience will achieve even stronger performance for our already leading platform.”

Willey plans to enhance and enforce Go Store It’s team culture. “We will continue to succeed if the team feels motivated, they are given the right tools to be successful and there is ample opportunity for growth,” he said. “I am excited to join the team here and look forward to getting to know my teammates.”

Founded in 2014 and based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Go Store It is a privately held acquisition, development and property-management company. It operates 100 facilities in 15 states.
