Storage Authority Monmouth Road in Millstone, N.J., features decorative block and an oversized front office. The first phase opened in December 2019. A second phase, expected to be complete in June 2021, will take the facility to 42,500 square feet in 318 units. A third phase will add a two-story building sometime later. The remaining 19 acres are slated for conservation.
