A self-storage facility in Kingston, Oklahoma, was destroyed by a tornado on Monday. Only the office at Texoma Mini Storage was untouched by the storm, which passed through the area around 6:45 p.m. according to a source.

Karen Herndon, who co-owns the property at 1695 Highway 70 E., told the source she was at home when someone called her about the damage. “I’m just crushed and devastated. We have some of our own personal stuff here. My son has stuff. I know practically everybody that rents from us, so it’s sad. It’s really sad,” she told the source.

News outlets report the tornado left a quarter-mile-wide swath of destruction in Marshall County. Homes, businesses, vehicles and boats that were stored at a local marina were affected. The National Weather Service determined the tornado’s wind speed reached up to 115 mph.
