Secure It operates five facilities in Spokane and one each in Cheney and Tacoma. The facilities offer 24-hour access and climate-controlled units.
The Lacey project by C2 Holdings LLC is between the Horizon Pointe neighborhood and the railroad tracks, near Yelm Highway. The development will include five buildings constructed in two phases. It’ll comprise 77,000 square feet of storage space and 8,300 square feet of retail.
