All Storage Opens New Self-Storage Facility in Aledo, TX

All Storage, which operates 42 self-storage facilities in Oklahoma and Texas, will open a new location in Aledo, Texas, on Nov. 2. The property at 8550 E. I-20 is near Walsh Ranch, a 7,000-acre development that’s expected to bring an influx of 50,000 residents, according to a press release.

The facility will contain more than 1,600 units, some of which will be climate-controlled. It’ll include the company’s proprietary EZ Drive Thru, which allows customers to drive their vehicles into the facility. The site will also feature the operator’s “cardboard box” design, in which the management office will be built to look like a giant cardboard moving box, complete with open flaps and stickers that read “This Side Up,” “Fragile” and “Do Not Stack.”

Located less than 20 miles from Fort Worth, Texas, Aledo is on track to increase its population by 168 percent by 2030, the release stated.

All Storage owns two facilities in Oklahoma and 40 in Amarillo and Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.
