Man Charged With Animal Cruelty After Locking 60 Cats Inside Selinsgrove, PA, Self-Storage Unit

John Muccio, 62, is facing animal-cruelty charges after locking 60 cats inside a unit at Ideal Self Storage in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. The animals were found in the 10-by-15-foot space on Sept. 20. They had no food or water, according to the source.

Investigators believe the animals were in the unit at 80 Lori Lane for at least several hours. Some were covered with their own feces, the source reported. They were transported to Animal Resource Center, a non-profit, no-kill shelter in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.
