Since the coronavirus pandemic began, self-storage operators have pivoted to protect their staff and customers in a variety ways, from installing plexiglass dividers in the office to increasing sanitation efforts to enacting new safety protocols. Among the updated policies at many facilities is a requirement that everyone who enters must wear a mask; but not everyone is willing to comply. Anti-maskers offer up a wealth of excuses, but at the end of the day, your goal is to safeguard the business and everyone on site.
