Serenity Storage, which operates three self-storage properties in Missouri, has opened a fourth store in Linn Creek, Mo. The first phase of the newly constructed facility at 4765 E. U.S. Highway 54 features 10-by-30 units designed for boat storage, according to a company press release. The second phase, due to open in the spring, will add more units for boat storage as well as RV storage.

Near the Lake of the Ozarks, the facility features metered AC power for vehicle-battery charging and 24-hour access. Additional amenities include online billpay and auto-pay options.

"Many customers at the Lake of the Ozarks lack sufficient parking to put their boats near their living space. We are excited to serve new customers in the Camdenton, Linn Creek and Osage Beach areas," said David Kolstedt, treasurer and co-owner.

Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Buffalo, Mo., Serenity Storage operates facilities in Buffalo, Camdenton, Linn Creek and Waynesville, Mo. The company’s four properties offer 388 traditional and boat/RV-storage units.
