Ben Coleman, who has 12 years of business-ownership experience, recently opened Sherman Self Storage in Sherman, W.V. The property is off Route 68, two miles from the city of Ravenswood.
The project began in January 2014, and the foundation was poured last summer. It includes five buildings and 89 units, the source reported. Some of the property’s larger units can be divided into smaller ones. Some also feature access doors at both the front and back of the unit, which is convenient for customers who store a lot of stuff or large vehicles like boats, according to the source.
Coleman’s prior business experience includes managing rental property, the source reported.
Unit prices at Sherman Self Storage currently start at $45. Coleman told the source he’ll consider special pricing for tenants who sign a six-month or longer lease.
