Fairless Hills Self Storage has opened in Fairless Hills, Pa. The property at 495 S. Oxford Valley Road, near the Fairless Hills Shopping Center, comprises 34,000 square feet of rentable storage space in of 269 climate-controlled and drive-up units. It features a retail center that sells moving and packing supplies as well as keypad access, video cameras, and online reservations and billpay.

Oxford Valley Road, near the Fairless Hills Shopping Center, comprises 34,000 square feet of rentable storage space in of 269 climate-controlled and drive-up units. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned for mid-summer, according to a press release from Storage Asset Management Inc. (SAM), the third-party firm that will manage the site.

The facility is owned by Larken Associates, a second-generation, family-owned business founded in 1965. The firm specializes in real estate development and construction as well as property management. Based in Central, N.J., it builds commercial and residential projects in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Based in York, Pa., SAM manages more than 50 self-storage properties and three UPS Stores along the East Coast.
