MJP Self Storage Opens in Loveland, CO

MJP Self Storage recently opened in Loveland, Colo., on the same property where owner Dan Albracht operated his heating and air-conditioning business for nearly three decades. Albracht sold One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in 2008. When the new owners moved the business to another location in 2009, Albracht was left with a vacant 2-acre property. He began developing the storage facility at 4321 W. Eisenhower Blvd. last year and opened for business this month, according to the source.

MJP offers 142 drive-up self-storage units, keypad access and a self-serve kiosk with fingerprint registration for added security. The facility is equipped with outdoor LED lighting and video cameras. Unit sizes range from 5-by-5 to 15-by-40 feet.

"It's fenced with barbed wire all the way around and has security cameras that look at the whole site," Albracht told the source, adding that he’s able to monitor the video cameras from his phone when off-site.

In addition to Loveland, MJP serves the communities of Berthoud, Fort Collins, Johnstown, Laporte and Mead, Colo., according to the company website.
