McCauley Constructors Breaks Ground on Fort Collins, CO, Self-Storage Facility

McCauley Constructors hosted a ground-breaking ceremony today for Momentum Fort Collins Self-Storage in Fort Collins, Colo. The 9 a.m. event included city officials including Mayor Wade Troxell, Tom Leeson, Patrick Rowe and others as well as community members.

Once complete, the three-story property at 1057 South Buckingham St. will comprise 100,000 square feet of storage space in 779 climate-controlled units. McCauley designed and will build the project, which is expected to open next summer. Galloway USA is the architect and engineering firm.

Founded in 2005, McCauley offers pre-engineered metal buildings for several uses including education, healthcare, manufacturing, office, retail and self-storage. The company assists with construction, design and jurisdictional entitlement.
